As Director of Client Engagement, Ashley oversees the strategic rhythm of how we care for our clients—leading initiatives that foster connection, celebrate milestones, and ensure each client feels seen, supported, and valued. From coordinating memorable events to nurturing long-term relationships, Ashley brings a thoughtful presence to everything she does. Her role is central to shaping an experience of grace and intentionality across every season of life.
Ashley received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Dallas Baptist University in 2005. After graduation, Ashley worked in numerous ministry support roles from Presbyterian Children’s Homes to Apartment Life Cares Teams. Ashley is also trained in professional photography and, prior to transitioning to an office environment, spent several years freelancing for weddings and family portraits.
Personal Interests
Ashley is a native Texan, although, she has fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest. Occasionally, you will hear her proud Texas accent. Outside the office, Ashley enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and watching too much HGTV. Ashley and Loran are newly married and consider this next chapter to be a gift of grace and new beginnings. Together they have four teens living under their roof, who make sure to keep them up-to-date on all the latest pop culture and bring lots of laughter and joy.
