The advice we give flows from a biblical worldview, believing that God owns it all and we are called to be good stewards — or managers — of whatever resources are entrusted to us.
The CFP Board's Standards of Professional Conduct define financial planning as “the process of determining whether and how an individual can meet life goals through the proper management of financial resources. Financial planning integrates the financial planning process with the financial planning subject areas.”
- Establishing and defining the client-planner relationship
- Gathering client data including goals
- Analyzing and evaluating the client’s current financial status
- Developing and presenting recommendations and/or alternatives
- Implementing the recommendations
- Monitoring the recommendations
Finances can be complex. We seek to help clients make wise decisions by serving as a facilitator in the goal-setting. Our process is designed to bring clarity to the decision-making process. By making wise financial decisions, clients may bring balance into their lives and allocate more time for what is most important to them. We also seek to help clients be intentional about the legacy they want to create and to help clients move from success to significance. Other value-added services include personal mission statement development and survivor spouse strategies.
The first step is to schedule an initial consultation. If we agree it is a good fit, we will build a plan and investment strategy that addresses your individual needs, objectives, and goals. Regular meetings will help us track progress and celebrate milestones on your financial journey — so we may be there for you through every season of life.
